Restorative Justice Practices in Schools & Organizations

Restorative Justice (RJ) is more than a conflict resolution tool it’s a transformative philosophy rooted in accountability, healing, and community repair. In this in-depth course, participants will explore the principles and practice of restorative justice and how to implement them effectively within educational institutions, teams, or community groups.

Across six weeks of training, this course equips educators, school leaders, HR professionals, and organizational managers with the frameworks and facilitation skills necessary to create spaces for honest dialogue, repair relationships, and rebuild trust. The course begins with the foundational theory of RJ, including its origins in Indigenous justice systems and its evolution within modern contexts. From there, we transition into practical methods of implementation circle practices, restorative conversations, harm-repair frameworks, and community agreements.
